Customer Story: Federal Bridge Certification Authority

The Federal Bridge Certification Authority (FBCA) enables transitive trust among entities cross certified with the FBCA, to include federal government, state and local government, foreign governments, businesses, and the public, using X.509 PKI (Public Key Infrastructure). Isode's M-Vault X.500 plays a fundamental role in supporting the FBCA by providing its directory services. Customer Story: Alberta Government

The Government of Alberta use M-Switch and M-Vault to provide their MAILConnect interdepartmental messaging infrastructure. This switching service sends all "@gov.ab.ca" to the correct departmental destinations, and provides value added services such as virus scanning and directory. (more)

Novis's deployment of M-Vault

Novis is a leading Portuguese Telecommunications company, who operate M-Vault in support of their ISP services. They run a master M-Vault server with two million entries and five shadow M-Vault servers, providing ten million searches per day in May 2003. This case study looks at Novis's use of M-Vault. (more)

ACI Worldwide using Isode's M-Switch and M-Vault products for Electronic Document Delivery

Most organizations now have sophisticated Web sites, which enable customers to access a wide variety of information and online services. These organizations also have many requirements to send information out to their customers. In some cases this information can be quite informal (e.g., marketing mail shots) and in others there are strict legal requirements to send out the information (e.g., bank statements). In an increasingly online world it is highly desirable to handle this electronically. Where information needs to be delivered to customers, simply putting it on the Web site is generally inadequate as the information delivery is enterprise initiated and it will be undesirable (or even illegal where there are regulations governing delivery) to simply wait for the customer to visit the Web site.
