Denise Foudy
General Counsel
Denise Foudy was called to the Bar in July 1983, and after spending a couple of years in commercial chambers she has spent the rest of her career working as an in house lawyer. Denise has over 15 years in the IT sector, working for Logica for six years before joining Isode as General Counsel in January 1994. Denise has played a leading role in the Isode corporate transactions over the last few years and is one of the founders of the new Company.
Denise is a graduate of the University of Bath, University of Westminster and Inns of Court Law School; she is married with 3 children and lives in SW London.
