Isode Internet Messaging Administrator

Isode's Internet Messaging Administrator (IMA) is a collection of web-based tools enabling the management of an Isode messaging system. IMA provides management interfaces for System Administrators, Delegated (domain) Administrators and End-Users.

Who is this evaluation for?

This evaluation is aimed at those looking to set up and manage a multi-domain messaging system (such as Internet Service Providers).

 

Evaluation Objectives

By the end of this evaluation you will have:

• Created a multi-domain Internet messaging system.
• Assigned users to the role of Delagated Administrator for their domain.
• Explored management roles and capabilities provided by IMA from the perspective of System Administrator, Domain Administrator and End-User.

After completing this evaluation you may wish to try our server-level Anti-Spam evaluation or the Message Operator Interface evaluation.

 

Getting Started

This guide follows on from the Full Internet Messaging Suite evaluation and assumes that you still have access to the test system you set up when following that evaluation process.

There are two LDIF (LDAP Data Interchange Format) files connected to this evaluation which contain user data required to complete the evaluation. These files, together with the evaluation documentation that explains how and when they should be used, can be downloaded using the links below:
