Isode's Internet Messaging evaluations highlight our messaging servers and their associated GUI and browser-based management tools in a number of different deployment scenarios. Six Internet Messaging evaluations are currently available:

Full Internet Messaging Suite
Set up a full Internet Messaging service comprising SMTP (M-Switch) and POP/IMAP (M-Box) servers with configuration information from an LDAP directory (M-Vault). By the end of this evaluation you will have:
- Set up the Isode messaging servers using the Quick Configuration Wizard.
- Set up email clients to use the email accounts created when running the wizard.
- Installed and learned to use Isode's browser-based Internet Messaging Administrator (IMA).
- Used IMA to add new email accounts to your Internet Messaging Configuration.

Internet Messaging Administrator
Isode's Internet Messaging Administrator (IMA) is a collection of web-based tools enabling the management of an Isode messaging system. IMA provides management interfaces for System Administrators, Delegated (domain) Administrators and End-Users. By the end of this evaluation you will have:
- Created a multi-domain Internet messaging system.
- Assigned users to the role of Delagated Administrator for their domain.
- Explored management roles and capabilities provided by IMA from the perspective of System Administrator, Domain Administrator and End-User.

Server-Level Anti-Spam
M-Switch Anti-Spam is the most comprehensive server-lever defense against spam. It features a number of advanced techniques within a package that incorporates excellent accuracy, multiple response options, fast processing and filtering, flexible configuration and Multi-Platform GUI Management tools. By the end of this evaluation you will have:
- Installed and tested M-Switch Anti-Spam.
- Used MConsole to monitor M-Switch Anti-Spam.
- Installed an anti-spam data set.
- Learned how to modify the anti-spam configuration.

Message Operator Interface
This evaluation will take you through the installation and configuration process required to set up a M-Switch running the Message Audit Database. The Audit Database enables three Message Operator Interface applications, all of which you'll use during this evaluation:
- Message Tracking
- Message Quarantine
- Management Statistics

M-Box POP/IMAP Gateway
Isode's M-Box POP/IMAP Server can be configured to operate as a gateway, enabling IMAP email access to POP3-only email accounts. Ideal for mobile email access. By the end of this evaluation you will have:
- Understood how the Isode M-Box Server operates in "Gateway Mode"
- Installed the Isode M-Box Server and configured it to act as a "POP to IMAP Gateway"
- Accessed an existing POP3 mail account using an IMAP (Desktop or Mobile) client

gateway.isode.com - mobile email test server
gateway.isode.com is the live demonstration system of M-Box operating in POP/IMAP gateway mode. You can sign up to use this service to access any POP3-only mail account via IMAP on your mobile phone. The gateway also demonstrates the flexibility of Isode's browser-based web applications.
