Isode ships two management tools, one GUI and one web-based, for the
configuration management of Internet and/or X.400 Messaging servers
(M-Box, M-Switch and M-Switch X.400).
User accounts for M-Link, Isode's XMPP Instant
Messaging Server, are configured at the same time as email accounts
using the Internet Messaging Administrator (IMA).
Enterprise Message Management and Administration (EMMA)
EMMA is a GUI management tool that provides client/server access to
Internet/X.400 messaging configuration information that is stored in
the directory and used by the Isode messaging servers. EMMA covers:
- M-Switch Configuration Management
- X.400 Routing Configuration
- MIXER Mapping Configuration
- M-Store X.400 Configuration Management
- X.400 User Configuration management (for M-Switch and for M-Store
X.400)
You can read more about EMMA
here.
Internet Messaging Administrator
Internet Messaging Administrator (IMA) is a web-based interface for
Internet messaging configuration management. IMA is used by Email Service
Providers (Top-level administrators), domain owners (delegated administrators)
and end-user mail account owners.
Email Service Providers can use IMA to manage all of the domains under
their control including setting shared folders, mailbox quotas, setting
up users and granting delegated administration rights over domains to
specific users.
Delegated administrators also have control over users within domains
over which they have responsiblity whilst users can manage their own
account (password, delivery actions including vacation notifications,
spam whitelists etc.).

The content and appearance of the Internet Message Administrator (IMA)
modules are extremely customizable and can be easily modified to suit
in-house requirements. Features can also be easily removed should they
be deemed unsuitable to the deployment environment. You can read
more about IMA here.
