  • All of our products are sold as perpetual licences, meaning that you pay a one off cost for the licence and can use it for as long as you wish to. Currently, we do not charge monthly subscriptions for our licences.

  • Yes, we provide free evaluations for all of our software products. If you would like to evaluate one of our products you can fill out our eval form here.

  • Yes, we adhere to the export rules set out by the UK Government and as such, we follow their guidance for exporting our software to Non-UK countries.


  • We provide customers with full product support, using a tiered system (Bronze, Silver & Gold). You can find more information on what is included in each tier here.

  • We typically provide support in 12 month periods, although customers can chose to extend this if they wish to.

  • Our products are generally under full support for 5 years from their first release date, although in special circumstances we may chose to extend the period of full support past the 5 year mark.

  • Support for your products will usually start on the date at which it is purchased, alternatively it can be delayed until you are ready to deploy our software.

  • No, as support for our products is not a physical item you will not need to update or download anything. When your support is renewed you will receive a note to state this, along with any new support information. You will not need to do anything to retain access to our products.

  • Yes, when necessary we can provide customers with on-site support and training. If you are interested in this please speak to us about your requirements.
